- These participating Retailers sign up to our site, based on their guarantee to provide genuine discounts of 25% or more on the current retail price on their products.
- Shopping Bazaar is NOT the Retailer, NOR is it a Re-Seller.
- An on-line shopper choosing to buy any of the products displayed undertakes such transaction/s directly with the Retailer of whatever product they wish to order.
- Further to this transaction relationship, when the on-line shopper completes payment for the chosen product through the site’s PayPal facility, the payment goes direct to that Retailer; Shopping Bazaar does NOT receive this payment nor a commission.
- Both the on-line shopper and the Retailer enjoy the security of the world-renowned PayPal Express Checkout system to apply your Credit card.
- The participating Retailer undertakes direct responsibility for the supply, shipping and final delivery of the product to the shopper.
- Similarly, the Retailer is responsible for Warranties – their own general Warranties and specific product Warranties from the Manufacturer or Distributor – just as in any over-the-counter retail purchase.
- Any shopper queries on products, deliveries, warranties, etc should be made direct to the Retailer. In the case of any unresolved disputes between Shopper/Retailer, you may contact Shopping Bazaar through Feedback and we will make all reasonable endeavours to resolve the matter.
- As Shopping Bazaar has NO involvement in the above sales transactions and/or the shipping & delivery of goods, Shopping Bazaar will NOT be liable for any loss or damage that may occur between Retailer and Shopper, or any third party providing products or services.
